Our "Why"

Often, people facing multiple hardships at once must navigate the many programs nonprofit and government organizations have available for those in crisis. This can be time-consuming and overwhelming, easily causing someone to give up. In addition, the great resources available often focus on the crisis or individual problems, rather than holistic solutions for long-term stability.

ForwardU is a new nonprofit in Rutherford County that aims to provide individual assistance in navigating the many available options for addressing urgent needs, while also providing tools and education for long-term change and self-sustainability.
